If I look at the SP, it seems they are the only one that recognize the work done to diserve all that money. For sure the market do not recognize it.

I agree, they still get paid six figures so when the SP has been heavily outperformed by comps and the sector granting options almost looks like claiming victory, the problem is it doesn't feel like victory not for me not yet.
