400 k= super rich?

A family of 5 living in New York City or Los Angeles with a household gross income of 400 k are classed as super rich?  Yet  the real super rich use their super rich accountant and evade as much tax as possible!!
Raising the corporate taxes in the fragile post pandemic environment so the small businesses have no chances to survive ending up closing down laying off employees who stop paying taxes and start claiming benefits will not solve the government budget.

My point was these taxes won't solve the elevated unemployment rates in the US, won't boost the overall economic growth, won't increase the government revenues etc. I live in Canada I know the tax bracket having said that we have free healthcare. free primary and high schools, college and university fees are much lower, better social assistance programs for people who need it, free
