I looked at your link just to see what amazingly high interest rate they paid. I was surprised to see whomever the buyer is only gets 10% interest! Money's cheap these days I guess.... and with a strike price massively out of the money (3x of current price) at a level the share's never seen! Cheap money indeed.

They did the deal with only ONE instutition,,,,,,,,,,The deal is definitely much better for CYDY and shareholdsc in spite of the high interest rate than TH s deal ,,,....which cost tens of millions to sharehoders due to dilution amd which will cost possibly tens of millions with the exercise of the warrants

There is a saying, "aim at sky so at least you reach the top of tree"! In case of THTX pumping probably would translate to effective promotional marketing, I don't expect them to come out with bogus claims but quite frankly what does Leah do from 9 to 5? has anyone seen anything apart from fireside chat so we could say at least they are trying..,

You need to be confident in yourself before being able to have others have confidence in you,,, As applied to TH the Offering did not show much confidence ....or at least this is how it was interpreted by the market,,,The market has rebounded from the post Offering low but still has a long way to go Need to walk the talk,,,,

Their lack of confidence as evidecned by the OO certainly has made me wonder if we are missing some really big problem in either NASH or cancer or both. In the end, though, I think they just really acted incredibly foolishly with the OO.

Do you think they are waiting for publication of the protocol so there's some meat around it? It seems like they may also be trying to get EMA on board since we've heard nothing on trial details. Then there is no excuse for them not to put up the glaring valuation discrepancies -- and keep hammering they are past the safety stage, so already along the path.

Any investor interested in Thera because of NASH is aware of the valuation discrepancies. An investor that is not aware of that is not a serious investor.

How would you describe CYDY - are it's progams also odd? Yet the market is willing to give it a much higher value. I am not sure being a bit odd cuts it for the lack of valuation credit in this market.

Here we go again... At some point, Cytodyn will have to pay that back with their own money. Same for Thera with their own convertible. These convertible deals are just pushing real financing later. At some point they need money of their own, either through cash flow or share offering at at price the market is willing to accept.

JFM, you are already a Grinspoon award winner here but you deserve another award for wading the the endless and mindless supply of CYDY press releases. I think that may qualify you for Sainthood!

Second financing like that they are doing in the last year. Why not with new shares? I think the answer is obvious, no one is interested. So a high SP does not automatically means you can finance with new shares at that price.
