It looks like Pommier and Frame are retiring. Arena is another Pfizer alum. Looks like we have some weekend reading. No surprise they did a Friday night drop of this.

Iam not sure either I or Mr. Market thinks its a negative but given the situation post the OO. I believe the company wanted to draw as little attention as possible to the compensation numbers so they chose to file it on a Friday night when it would get the least attention. Frankly, it's atrocious how few shares the entire Board owns. Especailly given the huge dips over the last 2 years. As Canadapeit always complained, they really should be eating home cooking and be required to own a lot more than the tiny amount they do.  Another huge difference between the VC backed startups where managers and boards are massively aligned with their shareholders and THTX

The BOD in gneral is not impressive,,,,Most would fit well on the board of a retirement living community,,,,,,I know this is harsh but I think some younger still active and imaginative and demanding  board members would help create a better image,,,,I cant see how Levesque can have a good fit with the current members ...Arena is probably the only one picked by Levesque. slso what does Molson

Palinc, Initialy I was impressed that Molson was joining the BOD, now that the honeymoon is over I am not really sure what need he is filling, can someone speculate as to why he was added to the BOD and how such an expense was justified?

Well now they can buy another holiday home good to see they are enjoying their absolutely well deserved compensation which is of course based on their absolutely hard work which also has made their investors rewarded nicely in the last few years.
