Absolutely. I do believe the current Board permutation has the same limitations we've seen before that led to some of the longer-term issues we've all identified.  I will report back and push our points in a thoroughly professional and positively constructive manner.  Let's see what happens.

Yes, I agree. Most likely wanted to do an end-around and gauge your temperature and input. Obvioiusly, that should be important for Board composition, especially since most shareholders don't appear to vote.

Can I ask you what seems to motivate him to call you ? Were you trying to reach him firts ? He was made aware that you are not as friendly Shareholders as before ? He is reading this board and felt the need to call you ?

I am a large shareholder who is royally ticked off, so that is reason enough for him to contact me. One might reasonably ask what took so long? And what does this say about their efforts to work in a positve way with the investment community? Thanks. I feel the pain and I am glad that they feel it to. I hope you will soon take the opportunity to listen to what they have to say to you. They might be expecting you to ask questions to them.
