I just received my notice with the information on each of the board members to vote.  I'm staying close to the conversation here on what you guys decide and will vote accordingly.  I'm going back to review the information on the compensation and bonus structure in more detail.  I only had a chance to skim briefly, but I think I read that the board had decided enough milestones were met for full bonuses to be paid even though the financial outcomes weren't great.  I would have expected something short of that due to the stock price also not benefiting long-term shareholders.

FULL BONUS for all BOD!!  after the IR failures, the infamous 'OO" and falling SP & volume??? Fortunetly as pointed out here all of the BOD's live in a 30 mile raius so if our angry mob sticks to pandemic guidlines we can easily do the rounds....actually they all most likely belong to he same country club so we can just catch them all there for the next bonus strategising

Same here. Got the proxy. Will at least vote against full bonus. As for BOD members, I am awaiting conclusion from Wino meeting and our consensus to proceed. Will vote with our group consensus.
