Dubuc should try to round-up an institutional buying group to take on a large trade from the Canadian instutions that view the pipeline as too risky and are likely the ones who keep dripping on it every day.  They have a chunk, and he should find buyers for that chunk and be done with it. Do it at a 10% discount to market and let's move on with investors that "get it".

Totally agree with that. However that may be out of his his league of outside the box thinking. And I have a feeling that just because you suggested that, he will not do it. I have a feeling that they have a real problem with advise at Thtx. To the extent that they would do the opposite in spite of the suggestion. At least that's the perception from interaction with a few there.

The endless selling imo is amostly if not all from  the original holders of the  Units from the Offering dumping either the shres or the shares acquired thru the exercise of the warrants.....Dubuc 's awful work!!!!

  That is way beyond the skill set of management and the current BOD.  Once again we see the limitations of such a lack of vision and unwillingness to engage people outside their tight knit group. But we just voted our approval for more of the same so live with it.

I doubt that the Quebec pension plan you are referring to is selling - they already have reduced their position a lot and they likely need to keep some TH for appearances sake. But they evidently did not want to participate in the offering because they had lost faith in the company, which is understandable given its performance relative to almost all other stocks.  They will likely be buyers

If we want something like that done we'd have to do it ourselves. How many more shares are people here willing to buy? Could we put enough orders in all at the same floor price to let the sellers unload their positions quicker.

This is the point Buck it's not personal it's all business, we don't need to like /respect them but we need to like how they conduct their business. Some believe the valuation reflects the fact that the opportunity is a head of us and the messaging should start when certain milestones have been achieved. I believe the milestones shouldn't be categorized as final product but every

No worries Bucknelly. Our board and team has it all under control. No need to vote anyone off it will change. Many things are changing... blah, blah!  Faith is one thing on this deal but at momment feels more like blind faith in the board to get this figured out. Meanwhile day after day goes by and same old pattern.

THTX has hired Life Science Advisors to assist with investor relations. It may feel like the same thing day after day now, but that is likely to change soon. If LSA is any good, I imagine they are targeting the annual meeting, and maybe the days leading up to it, as the time to start rebranding TH's stock. We will know soon enough.
