Gettysburg patient

On average, 95% of prostate cancer patients live with it for 10 years. The Gettysburg patient is 5 years in to his cancer diagnosis.  So hopefully he's in that average and has the ability to be treated for some length of time.  And hopefully TH1902 aids in that. Just to say, if he's "average" we may not need to worry about his imminent demise.

Like most cancers there are several subtypes of prostate cancer. In some the cancer grows so slow that the doctors don't even do anything about it. Also in order to qualify for a clinical trial you need to have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.

As Juniper says, I dont think you can think about average with the people getting enrolled. It sounded to me like hed been aggressively treated for what is probably an aggressive cancer. Hes not at the palliative stage but hes on the final stretch. They are all r/r, most are probably metastatic, if you start to dig into the data for those subgroups youll see the averages change dramatically. The ...more
