Anyone else having trouble getting into the meeting?

I was able to get in as a guest but not as a shareholder. The info the company gave about the user name and password did not work for me.

I have tried using that password and no password with all of the control control numbers I recieved (for three accounts). None of them work. All of the control numbers I have are 16 digits, and the instructions say use the 15 digit number. I tried leaving off the first or last digt with no luck. How did others get in other than as a Guest?
