Was anyone here able to log on as a shareholder?

I may have not followed the directions properly but if no one did, than that may be more an indication that those directions were not clear enough.

Rusty, I would call Leah. She seemed quite adament that the Instructions were clear that the call was for registered shareholders only and that beneficial owners via brokerages would have to get proxy authority or something in advance. I do not clearly see this either and think it is a cop out. She said she pulled the list yesterday and already knew you werent on it... would that not deserve a ...more

Or did she notice you already voted and didnt want you on the call incase you changed your mind? Total speculation on my part, but the whoile thing seems weird. As usual, ask retail to bend over then dont thet them participate in the AGM

I may well have not followed the directions correctly but I am wondering if anyone did. Was anyone on that list. The absence of questions suggests not many were on the list. But my point is, even if I am the only dummy who failed to read the directions correctly, the technical problems are kind of legendary at this point.  The inability to get basic fixes to the website is hard to fathom ...more

I know you voted in favor of the board so it is to late to change that, but do you not agree that it now be time to flex some of that muscle you have with all those shares and press Paul to do something about the mess of the website/technical difficulties/lack of engagement?

I think it is fair to say that has already been done as I have expressed these things in the strongest possible terms very publically for months. I have no easy explanation for why they cannot more quickly fix even the most basic of website issues. I don't think there could even be a reasonable explanation for some of the things that have been pointed out. These are really easy things to sort ...more

From what I understand of SABBOCAT's converstation with Leah, the only way you could log on would be if yours shares are held in your name.  Rusty, as you know, I work for one of the brokerage firms of one of the big five banks.  Our clients can if they really want to obtain the physical certificates.  This is very rarely done.  So, almost always the shares are held in the ...more

If they were trying to replicate what occurs in their normal annual meeting for this COVID version, it should have been any shareholder who showed up and logged in, regardless of how it's held. Looks like the system they used didn't allow for a better way to authenticate that, but frankly it's not like anyone else other than a shareholder would log in.
