Board voting
I know of three shareholders who control about 15 million shares (including ourselves). Had we voted against Lacoste and/or Littlejohn, they would have been voted off. So, I don't control the other two voters but I know at least one of the two were for sure ready to vote against those two directors but chose not to in the end.
I am not at all certain the other large shareholder would have ever voted against them. If not, based on the number of votes, I don't think either would have been voted off even if I and this other large shareholder would have voted against them. So, in the end, I was not actually the swing vote but someone else who posts here infrequently was the swing vote, at least as far as Lacoste and Littlejohn were concerned.
