Always someone selling, back and forth all day every day. I'm 100% moving on if they don't deliver some good cancer data

Seems to be somebody out there who really doesn't want to pay more than $3.60. To do with the ATM? Or just disiplined buying?

from my casual observation over the last couple fo days at least, it appears the buyer is a bit smarter than the seller. And the volume has been good. So, not sure why someone would sell here but the buyer knows what they are doing as there average cost is well below $3.60 but they make sure it ends there everyday.
