If u hadn't given us a heads up we'd all be thinking cancer data or deal info had leaked. We know the explanation but at what point do regulators step in to ask Qs about volume. (I guess they are busy guys in this market)

I don't think the SEC is too concerned about investors and computer algo's reacting crazily to what effectively was a non-event in terms of real new info about the stock. It is simply a situation where THTX tapped into a whole new group of investors via that TV program and they overreacted.  As you say, if they tried to track all of these sorts of things down they would likely need
