Two days, two press releases after two months with no press releases. Maybe they are learning finally how to build some momentum and anticipation among investors. This is old news but the new information is the PDUFA date of 10/3. It looks like Bloomberg had the early Februray date wrong and got the acceptence of their application by the FDA mixed up withthe PDUFA date.  I think it should

It seems to me that there is very likely to be an offering on the near term horizon. I am assuming this will happen and all of us should be assuming that. The big question is will this offering be the polar opposite of the last one. That would certainly be nice if it happens as it would help redeem the ONO to some extent if they were able to get an offering off at a nice price with good analyst

I think if there is a market view that TH1902 is powerful and safe, with a better than average chance given the "bomb" is just plain old taxol, they'll use any pop to trigger a bit of the ATM or all of it.  It will accomplish 3 positive things -- give them enough to see through the 1b (maybe even expand it), get the institutions they have said want to invest but the markets too

Outstanding results given the endpoint for 1a is good safety tolerance (compare it to SOC or docetaxol alone at equivalent dose) and the support of a high dose for the extension trial.  That would be outstanding since that's all that is planned.  If the PK/PD can help understand more or if they've actually been able to scan and it's pointing in the right direction, that would

Agree but what you describe as outstanding is probably what is expected by most and the market has not moved,,,What I meant by outstanding is what is NOT  expected like tumor shrinkage,,,,,So to be clear I think that we need more  than a PR stating that they will initiate Phase 1 b based on Phase 1 a safety results if we want a very substantial rise in the SP ,,,,ie double or more ...

By its nature, the PDC, even if it does not enter cells, will allow a higher MTD just because the release of free docetaxel in the bloodstream will be gradual over time, and the Cmax of docetaxel in the blood will be lower. It's like one run a business and the marketing efforts  keep targeting the exciting clients the very best outcome is retaining those customers. Since I have spoken to a number of the investors involved in those meetings, I can tell you they did not "announce" anything to them that youa re not aware of. They did add color to the situation and the impression they left all those who were in attendence at those sessions was afavorable one for the outlook of the company as a whole. Well as per yourself they did say the oncology takes longer but that is not related to any issues which I believe I knew since they added few weeks to each cycle and I have been trying to make it clear here and elsewhere but the investors want to hear from the company not me or yourself. I don't think a simple clarification/explanation re the accurate estimated duration of the trial
