I cast my votes for the AGM today. Let's see how May 10th plays out. I will say that I did not withhold or vote against everything, but also didn't except everything either.

I see the public notice of the AGM, but I haven't received any links or materials in the mail yet to vote.  I can't wait!  I'm standing firm on voting against all of them.  The fees they pay to the directors would be far better served in the bank accounts of a few of you who are better at advocating for the company and I'm guessing own much more of the company than

Just voted my 120k against entire board.

I just voted 62,053 shares against all directors and against the amendment to the stock option plan.  It looks to me like they have enough stock options to work with for now.  While the stock option plan probably favors company employees over the board, I'm still voting no on the items that immediately benefit the board.  They can work a little harder on the issues discussed

Voted everyone out and against the poison pill amendment. I’m done with those overpaid incapable underachievers.  Have you seen Dubuc raise... it’s obscene and insulting.
