Less than a year for the company to figure out how it's going to reimburse the convertible deb. The stock price might reflect the worst-case scenario of having to issue shares at current price - roughly 15-20 million, or additional 15% dilution. Let's hope the financials improve in the meantime and we get news on Th-1902.

The path depends on Phase 1b.  But the options they've discussed include partnering oncology asset (either region like China, or indication they aren't interested in although that would be later), debt for debt -- just take on more at higher rate to repay if you see positive signs in the trial. I was told that in these types of trials you need at least 20 patients in a tumor type to get one response. I'll give you 2 more pieces of info that I heard. 1) they will expand the number of patients from about 70 to 125. 2) Three patients in 1b that went before my wife have stable disease at this site.
