Listen he just told you and us there is no short term upside in the stock and that he does, not believe in Oncology.... as simple as that ... otherwise the borrowing cost wold be redicoulus and he’s to broke to be a shareholder.

This is really crappy at least optically I dont want to spend the time to search what was the expiration date of the options but even if the expiry date was close he could have exercised now and not sell That would have been an out of pocket cost of 7600 $ now plus additional income taxes in April 2022 of less than 10000$ I hope this is not another Lyne moment!!!

Remember this article from last year? I'd say he has a deep understanding of what's happening inside the company. https://www.vanguardlawmag.com/case-studies/jocelyn-lafond-theratechnologies/

Yes! He "appreciates the company's willingness to take risks", but he appears unwilling to do this himself! His actions don't sit well with that article.

Lafond did the same a few years ago and there was the same resentment towards him here at the time. They are not in blackout period, it means that V-P unrelated to science and clinical trials like him don't have much more infos on the trial than what we have. This is also one of the downside of granting stock options.

The other thing, at an exercise price of 0.38$, these were probably options about to expire.

considering the ACB and the SUPPOSED potential.. you keep them... your risk is pretty low.....

Point being, Paul should have said "absolutely no" given where we are in the trial, what you are responsible for, and for the horrible optics. Exercise and keep like any other manager for a small biotech selling near a 52 week low would sensibly do. We can only hope he's wrong and it's $10 in a few months and he's reminded on the next call!

Tanguey used to having the same kind of issues with Pierre Parazelli, Marie-Noel Collusi, Lybe Fortin among others... he can't do anything about it apart from being verbal about it... it's lack of judgemnent from this guy and it's bringing hard work from IR to a stall... the only way to fic this is for others to BUY more than 5 shares... like 50 000 shares ..

Those filings appear on Sedi.ca...The reason I think is quite simple ,,,the options were about to expire and he exercised and sold the same day so not to risk any cash outlays,,,,
