Q3 grants time bomb

What are the chances we will see the BOD address our stock grants time bomb at the Q3E?

Is it possible for the grants to be used in a creative funding scheme, say selling them in blocks to institutional investors to keep them from being dumped in the open market, thereby causing me to switch from wine to tequila as the SP tanks.

The best way to adress this is to exercice and keep the stock for future gains.  I mean @ 33 cents it's 40k each... if they aren't happy to buy this company for 33 cents and keep it don't try to sell anyone the idea of buying this @ 2 or 3$... the simple idea of even discussing this is a problem atm.   If Marsolais and Lafond can't see upside in Th shares here well

Completely agree, however, my thoughts are that this bomb can’t be allowed to go off, so the powers that be need to make absolutely sure it is defused by whatever means make the most sense for this situation…It’s there job right?

No one blames anyone for frustration here as we all understand. There are 230,000 shares to be potentially sold between Lafond and Marsolais between now and just before Christmas. That is the worst case scenario and that is really not anything to get too concerned about. Unless these two gents act foolishly, those sales should not have a huge or lasting impact on the share price. I would not give

No one in their position would logically sell so cheaply acquired stock at such deep discount if anything the company is stating about Th1902 is of any value.  It is like you say implicite that the company would loose everyone's confidence in any positive outcome.  So basically, they sell and I will sell the same ratio they did thus reflecting my ajusted level of trust in their
