Thanks Palinc -very interesting from the top dog. Astra is a great comp and leader now with Enhertu. This is sort of interesting to parse and compared to what (little) we know on TH1902. Here’s what Astra is showing for this breast cancer trial. Decent numbers, what you want to see to go to next step and commercialize. I looked at it, docetaxel is not the cytotoxic agent in any of the approved ADCs. Also, linker chemistry in ADCs is much more sophisticated than the simple dimethyl glutaryl linker TH1902 is using. I stand my ground, TH19P01 may be a valid ligand to sortilin and a valid carrier for a cytotoxic payload, but I highly doubt the dimethyl glutaryl linker they are using in TH1902 and docetaxel as a ...more
