Happy to hear that Pomerantz Law Firm is investigating a potential fraud. Hopefully some TH jerks will be held accountable for a misconduct that led to the SP collapsing.

IMO, this is not the way to have a change in the way Theratechnologies' BoD  fullfill its fiduciary duties and communicates with its shareholders. Theratechnologies needs to be free cash flow positive for a number of consecutive quarters with its legacy drugs AND not burn it all with its useless research. The R&D department needs to be trimmed down at least 50% and selling expense

Crazy to think some feel any lawsuit will do anything. Investing is not derisked and unless solid evidence of false statements are there good luck w that pipe dream.
