I just got a reply on my emails to the IR, nothing but a PR doc dump so no value there. However, I remember Paul making a comment about something on environment or something WOKE a while back and a few commenting, looking at the IR signature graphic it tells me all I need to know at this point. It appears that Paul's focus is DEI nonsense.......so go WOKE go BROKE, he's a prime example of

It is certainly understandable to be angry and demand the board get thrown out. But you have to have a plan that is better than what the current board is approving or any effort to throw the current board out of office is a waste of time. How about putting a strategic review plan to sell the company to the highest bidder.  How could that be done.  Collectively decide that this might just be the best way forward for shareholder value.

I would not totally rule that option out but it seems unlikely to be the best way to maximize shareholder value given it would be a fire sale and not one based on strength. And exactly who is wanting to buy two small HIV drugs anyway. Probably only a financial buyer who wants to buy on the cheap and run the company for cash to get a return. What king of price could such a buyer fetch in your book.

If a finacial buyer were to emerge, they would be looking for a real bargain. Basically, they would exhange your ongoing agony regarding THTX for a low price where they would have a high probability of making a nice return under even bad assumptions about the future of THTX legacy drug sales. So, a price that most would find to be too low.
