There are mayny signs leading to beleive a buyout could be in progress.  I was reding this article on 10 clues about a buyout on the progres and many of their points are consistent with what we are witnessing with Th.

Maybe overanalysing something simple but still at this point you can't not speculate somthing has to happen considering this company has sales and products compared to 90% of the biotech sector being dead forever now.

Why would anyone buy this hot mess !!

Because it has 20% growing sales, unrealized pipeline, secured credit, products, patents.. like f..ck at some point I don't care i much they can be bad at IR and promotion but it's woth at least twice this stupid price.

like 400M accrued losses.. just those must be worth 50M.....

With 4$ average analyst tagets and 78 censt stock.. the disconnect between reality and market is telling of point 10.  That being market manipulation.  Someone outhere is doing it on purpose to takout the company.  Seems plausible to me.

In anycase if it's the case just do it so we can get move on to something else.

I understand they would need to disclose it and that puts an end to this theory I guess.

Une compagnie a l'obligation de rvler toute ngociation pour vendre ou de dvoiler une entente. Rien ne peut tre cach car a amnerait une enqute des autorits de surveillance. Mais certaines fins de sances o l'on fait planter le titre sur quelques centaines d'actions intrigue. Je ne comprend pas qu'aucune plainte ou enqute n'ait eu lieu.

Not that it could'nt or shoud'nt occur considering the earning power the company has if it does cut the overhead overthere.  The Pharma's have hoards of cash and can buy everything they want to fill the pipeline at huge discount at the moment.  Buying a Nash P2/3 that is safe with a casflow safeguard and Cancer lottery ticket for free is king od difficult to pass on.
