I know the CEO is in a difficult position  caused by many factors some of  which may not be his fault but for Ch+**st  sake just basic human decency would have dictated at minimum a FREEZE in compensation for management and Board Members and a decrease in the number of Directors .   Show some compassion not your personal greed

Forgot about that - so it is more likely then that THTX's board may be struggling to read the shareholder room. But we shareholders don't see the whole picture as clearly as the board does since they have more info, particulalrly regarding TH-1902. We just know the stock has been decimated and we are feeling all of that while everyone else involved in the company is doing great, like

Imo there is NO WAY they can predict the outcome of the Phase 1 b clinical trial at this time .... Pharmas would be lining up to make a bid if predicting the outcome was possible . Being hopeful is not enough to reward mgmt before the fact

While you are correct  they cannot know 100% in advance if TH-1902 will succeed, they do have some expectation of success or they would not be bothering to proceed. So, the question then becomes what percentage chance of success is high enough to justify the board's effort to keep the management team that brought TH-1902 close to a first level of success in place at a high cost? The more they believe in successful outcome in Th 1902 the more restraint they should show until that proves to be true.... especially in light of the extremely tight cash situation ,going concern note,Nasdaq delisting notice etc etc If Th 1902 turns out to be successful they will all be very rich ....and they know it ..... So I dont  share your thoughts on this

I wrote earlier i sold "the most of my shares at above 3CAD"......, so i am still a shareholder for over 19 years now!!!  In the good old days, i was an investor in TH, now i am a gambler and the TH shares i hold are a lottery ticket......! Better companies to invest in! Still no insider buys, no partners, no money, much debt, sales stagnate........many red flags!!!  But

Same here canadapiet, bought my first shares in 1998 and rode this TH rollercoaster many times, making a lot of $$$. The last one being from 1$ to 8$ before seeing it pop to $14. Still a shareholder with a few shares bought at $2.50, just to keep a foot in the door. This company, despite all its proven toxicity towards its shareholders, is a survivor.
