FDA in <2weeks?

We should have FDA response in less than 2 weeks if my math is correct.

It would be nice if leading up to this there was announcement of 2 board members have resigned and possible replacement with one high octane individual from US to back fill both. I'm a little irritated at this point it hasnt happened. How they could think they deserve a seat with the vote that just took place is mind boggling.

Try someone from Soleus considering they have 10% of the company and know lots of other biotechs to merge Thera with or just sell it to the highest bidder.  Anything is better than statut quo at this point.

Your math is correct assuming the company filed the new protocol in the first few days of May as we suspect they did. But the exact date has never been disclosed. We all know that the trial being restarted is a big deal for the stock's potential but it is not likely to get too much traction since so few seem to be paying attention to the stock right now. We know the overall data will show TH1902 was not progressing meaningfully toward it's endpoints and was stumbling around more consistent and sustainable efficacy. So the overall numbers summarizing 1a and (hopefully) some of 1b will be bad in that sense.  Knowing that, what may be helpful and interesting is to see a lot of the other collected data summaries and  what can be drawn

So do you think they dilute us on that smallish price bump and when to they adress the Nasdaq issue.

My hope is they wait until they have good news on TH-1902 before raising any new funds. They may end up getting cash through one or more partnerships if they get proof of concept. Now partnerships are dilution too as you are splitting the winnings from a successful drug with the partner while increasing the chance of long term success and reducing risk. I imagine they are hoping they can get

Well we are due for Trogarzo IM data, Egrifta Human Factor validation, and FDA go on TH1902 and following pow wow.  And my personnal guess another OO with canadian brokers.

I don't think the Trogarzo IM data matters much to the stock price whether it is good or bad. I am not sure about the timing of the Egrifta human factor study (when will the FDA approve of it assuming it is good info?) but as long as it is good, I don't think it has any notable impact on the stock. If it was somehow bad, which seems very unlikely, that would be quite bad for THTX. The FDA
