THTX just raised $25 million or so this morning in new cash to add to the $23 million they had at the end of the last quarter. The market cap right now is $23 million.

Theror technolgies would be appropriate once again.  Lets remember that it did go from to 0.19$ ti 12$ afterwards.  Lucky guys at Investment Quebec just got another chance.  They finance this bet with my tax money and our Prime can take the credit for it if it pans out and clain to be a pioner of biotech success in Quebec....lol.

The market cap is $50mm, the share count just isn't updated yet. The EV is ~70mm, still a depressed price relative just to sales, but 1) we have less confidence in those sales given recent actions, 2) we should have a lot less confidence in management given this panicked and highly dilutive offering at the lows and 3) the upside to equity with a more normal valuation will be lower, because

I said I felt confident to recoup my costs. My cost is 6.36 CDN$for TH and 3.30 USD post reverse split for both Thtx has been able to get 12.5 million USD from the public offering and I presume from very few investors(?) and also 12.5 million USD from Investissement Quebec One would think that THTX gave th new investors somme believeable assurance that the Company was worth at least twice the

I also don't see how recent actions are likely to impact THTX's sales.Hard to disagree with your negative assessment of management based on what we knowl now. I think you overestimate the instability of sales and the company generally at this time but agree it will take some time for investors to overcome the shock of this deal so

You're right, the EV is likely more like $60mm at the close today of $0.92. They had ~$40mm of net debt which is now ~$15 + a market cap of $45mm. So from today's close that is 133% upside to 1.5x EV/Sales. I'm not suggesting recent actions will affect sales, but rather that their recent actions (downsizing, dilutive offering right after declaring positive adjusted EBITDA) suggest

This is one that had/has a unique setup where it was undervalued vs. just the core business and had a couple of potentially valuable options to the upside. I just looked at Cytodyn that has 930M shares outstanding, no products, no sales, no pipeline, runned by fellons and guess what 150M market cap.... big volumes...OTC don't bother with Nasdaq listing either... maybe it's their new role model since it works...
