Of course the FDA does'nt give a hoot the damage from this delay will be equal to a refusal. That even if it is approved the starting point will be much lower. There is no liability for them of course.

Does not smell good for TH. Put this one in the #fail column. My take: They got the letter yesterday afternoon and will spend the day analyzing the rejection comments. By tomorrow, they will issue a letter as to the reasons with no plan of action.

Again excuses in their statement... the FDA asked about stuff they did not ask for before... you prepare for it, for anything can come up. You call the shots. They could'nt miss the mark and they did. To confident in themselves. The next president of the USA that you wont like for shure would have settled this shitshow a long time ago.. you'r fired.
