It seems obvious that the CRL was received by THTX yesterday....Why did THTX decide to wait till today to inform the market.... One two punch!!! Buffoons!!!

to respond the FDA it will take weeks or months...

And once that is done... the FDA will ping back a new date for re-approval or re-rejection. ANyway they have Th1902 to save the day and that's it. The cashflow from Egrifta is open to the public with no replacement for a while, maybe.

Obviously Paul is to blame for this communication disaster. He would have the final approval on it. Unfortunately, after the last dilution there is nothing we can do anymore. His $2 million/year salary is secure. As for the TH1902 trial, they haven't been able to recruit 6 patients. That is a big red flag. What I don't understand FDA notified the company they need more time to review the application and only a day later issue the CRL? If not what was the reason to delay the news by one day? What was the reason for yesterday's PR? None of this make sense. So freaking frustrating.

Today s PR was issued at 7 am...I doubt that FDA sent another letter overnignt ...My suspicion is that the 2 letters were received yesterday if in fact there were 2 letters from FDA and not only one
