In the post-Viking environment and with XBI on a big run, it would no doubt propel the THTX stock price quite a bit.

It's all riding on F8. How can you sell an indication for an unpatented drug. The only reason there's no copycat yet is the insignificance of the adressable market for now.

I suspect they ahve more options than we realize on the patent front.Also, Dr. Grinspoon did get them patent protection to 2039 or 2040 on some new indication which might work for them.

They did have a paratohormone patch with Alza that they sold to J&J back in the days. I mean the days way back. Talking about bones.

Yeah they got 12M usd 20 years ago for it. Today they get that for 25% of the company from IQ.. 20 years later.... lol

The GLP1 mulscle wasting issues look appealing for Egrifta's proposition. They did studies on COPD wasting back in the days too... wonder drug.... like aspirin...
