I am hoping our new Board member is in Montreal and kicking some serious butt right now, as this team has destroyed things by never been open, transparent and clear.  They have done this over and over and I do not trust them one tiny inch.  However this does not mean that 1902 is not fantastic. It just means this team has been completely useless at maintaining any shareholder value.  This BOD should actuallty be voted as one of the worst in recent TSX history.

My concern is that just like in politics if you don't have the cooperation of your constituents you can't get anything done, so the rest of the board or Dawn in particular will just cut him off at the knees and he won't be able to run with any good ideas.

Like I've said before, I led a property owner's association better and with more impact than this board has a publicly traded company.  And I did it for FREE!  This entire board is an embarrassment, should be ashamed of their decisions and how they've managed the business thus far, and they are so arrogant they've resolved to not listen and drive the stock price lower and

Good ole Paul has only siphoned off at minimum $10 million in the last four years for himself while shredding THTX market cap by 90% so seems like money well spent. Such a disappointment and no integrity to step down on his own. Hopefully, the AGM will yeild better results this year, but they have put safegaurds in place to try and prevent a house cleaning. I encourage all on the fence to vote
