Shouldn't the proxies for the AGM be available by now? and if someone is getting a hard copy isn't this cutting it close? Unless a rabbit comes popping out of a hat before the AGM I'm voting no for all legacy BOD.

Lets not be fooled onece again by the all the talks about future value creation. The future is May 9th 2024... after that more excuses for sales not rebounding and need for more dilution of you and me. It's the absolute last time we can do anything about it.

I believe last year’s AGM was our final opportunity to force a BOD change, they made sure we paid dearly for challenging them last year and my opinion is still that they have ZERO ethics.
