Also at some point a takout bid for the whole thing is probably worth it for any interested party.  Why bother when even a 200% premium gets you the cash flow and 100% of the rights on everything that's compelling in there.  I'm not shure IQ and Soleus would'nt be interested.

21 dollars per share post consolidation is 5,25 pre-consolidation. Most of us bought TH's share higher than that. A lot of things have to happen to restore the credibility of this company and I guess it will never happen under this incompetent management. Our hope is to wait and see should a miracle be happening at one point of time. At least we can recover a portion of our investment.

What make me sick is the way they treated the legacy shareholders.  I mean 1990s ones.  The Saints I call them.  No respect.  You may hate Donald but I sure would like him to be in the room with them.

I think it's a phenomenon latelty that CEOs and accolites are paying themselves millions and aren't delevering any growth or enterprise value.  It gets to you after so long.  That brings the question, what's in it for me and looking at the trading price and volume the answer is nothing much.

If th1902 does'nt pan out and Egrifta supply and income becomes a serious issue in a near future well it will have been caused by imprudent management and board behavior. They will have been warned about all the mammouth spending that caused a jumbo dept at Shylock rate, the crazy hiring binge that had to be undone soon after at a high cost and now the Egrifta inventory that should have been

Not much to be hopefull about a day before the business update.  Even their Linkedin account looks abandoned.  Probably chasing their tail trying to find new investors at 1$.  I hope something good can occur but I don't believe in this company anymore.
