That is the most propable outcome in light of their track record.  Nobody bought 5 cents of shares lately  overthere.  If they badly miss once again the fear of going out of business or dilution will occupy the stage once again.  The only card left would be th1902 part 3 being a miracle.  They can miss all they want, nothing ever happens to them.

I don't think they could dilute more anyway and the Nasdaq listing would go down the drain too. They have to deliver tomorrow.
