From research capital this morning.  Today, THTX announced that it has closed on a US$40M 3-year non-dilutive, senior secured syndicated financing with TD Bank. The new credit facilities include a US$20M accordion feature, which could expand total commitments up to US$60M. Investissement Qubec (IQ), THTX’s largest shareholder, has also agreed to provide a US$15M second ranking secured ...more

Thanks for sharing this.  Now we just need investors to buy-in (pun intended), TH-1902 to show positive results, a capital partner to come to the table, and a new line of business to generate more revenue and profit to get to a $30 stock, where I will finally breakeven on my most expensive shares.  What a disaster!  I'll take $3.80 for now as a stepping stone.

Forgive me.  I assumed you knew.  You can't trade around this stock.  There's literally no volume.  I'm stuck, like many others.  I'll do away with the mirrors once I know TH-1902 is not going to be the game changer we were all counting on, initially.  And I do have little faith at this point that anything significant is going to come of it.  ...more

Well good luck of course. We all win if you do that's for sure. New name for me. I haven't bought a Canadian pharma or biotech name for decades. Biochem Pharma . Forgive me shooter, I didn't realize you were holding $millions. I assumed 20-30-50,000 trading most days in Canada plus 10-20 in USA was enough. Maybe some steady good news will also increase liquidity.

It's a good bank that does'nt pull the rug like other Canadian based banks.

I cannot believe there are no other covenants, but they sure didn't disclose any others yet.  TD Bank kept the term on the shorter-end of things too with a 3 year balloon.  TD Bank can renegotiate then if they need to.  The leverage ratio is a good one that will catch most issues.  Usually there is a defined range that dictates interest rates, but also a cap to how much ...more
