Help me out here .... the FDA will answer the companies questions no later than Feb. 8... is that the PSA answer or what... that would mean only like 3 weeks of shortage... but again it's NOT CLEAR....

I looks like the answer as to when they can expect to have a answer for the new batch approval.... basically if it will be faster than 4 months or April 18 at worse.

If its a whole Q1 without Egrifta well it's on them for not keeping a safe level of inventory and on the BOD for not being diligent.

So if we don't loose the last 50 cents of gains of late tomorrow it's good news... otherwise they just manage to scrap the last couple of announcements in a flash. Again....

Maybe this temporary f..up motivates a buyer to take this off our hands on the cheap..... instead of making a partnership.

I take everything at face value with them.. bad is bad... might be a month before we know the date of the end of this shortage wich could be a whole quarter away. The hope of a deal is still there and we were told that we ad a expert in the art of the deal when our savior arrived. But if the past is a testament of the future well... let the facts speak.

They are shortsighted like always been... the former CEO and production guy used to insist on 1 to 2 years of inventory.... it's just not well managed company when you complie all those misteps... expensive dilutions and lots of wasted money... our money...

And yes it's all about cancer now and the lined up partners waiting for data to make a deal according to the super one overthere don't seem to be in a hurry....

Is there a a chance the Type D meeting response from FDA before Feb. 8 results in a stamp of approval for the newly manufactured Egrifta batches. That would limit the damage.
