Missing IR Director

SPCEO, or anyone else on this board that might have the savvy to find out why our new IR Director is MIA?

It is a bit concerning that we may have set a record for the shortest tenure of an IR director. Did she receive a more attractive offer elsewhere? Or she got a chance to peek behind the Thera curtain and did not care for what she saw?

Maybe she's an early casualty of earnings hickup thanks to the shortage of Egrifta.  In any case it gives an unprofessionnal image of the company.
Comment by SPCEO1 on Jan 17, 2025 9:24am
From what I was told she is still working for THTX.

Can't even leave a message and not listed anywhere... need Sherlock Holmes to find people overthere....

She is now showing as the IR contact on Thera's website. Joanne Choi Senior Director, Investor Relations https://www.theratech.com/investors/investor-resources/contact-ir

Well Joanne Choi's Voice mail has been slightly upgraded to a generic digital voice recording, but still with no reference to Thera or who the number belongs to.....I am not really familiar with protocol, can someone tell me if this is a somewhat normal practice for a small biotech? sure seems awful sketchy and would definetely make me leary of investing.

We have had nothing but sketchy IR people since Obama
Comment by Trogarzon on Jan 22, 2025 9:13am
Since Bill Clinton in my book.... that's why we're sitting at 75M market cap.... and there still clueless overthere...

Do you have an actual question for IR or are you just making a criticism of the IR person"s voicemail service?
Comment by Maxmoe on Jan 22, 2025 3:56pm
Try sending an email jchoi@theratech.com If you are being ignored try the cfo  pdubuc@theratech.com  Or the ceo plevesque@theratech.com Or chairman fholler@theratech.com or a couple other generic email boxes.    Ir@theratech.com.  communications@theratech.com Or maybe you don't have a question/comment for the management.

Maxmoe, Unfortunately, it appears that I have slid down the slippery slope to yet another frustrated critic.  Sooo thanks for calling me out on that, time to adjust my priorities.

I have a couple of questions. 1. What are the questions asked trought the Type D meeting, 2. Can the answer to these questions come Feb.8 date result in liberating the new batchs of Egrifta for sale and 3. Will insiders buy their own story one day.
Comment by Trogarzon on Jan 23, 2025 2:28pm
Another question. Since Egrifta is made in Canada and sold in the US is it going to take a 25% hit like the rest of goods potentially.  It's preety funny that the US has a surplus when removing Oil from the equation.  Oil they buy at steap discount already and Canada is the US biggest client, bigger than Japan, China and Mexico combined.  I call that stupid.
