ERIC NUTTEL $1.90 IS RIGHT ON!

Why did Eric Nuttell say TID was fairly priced at todays price ($1.80 - $1.90)?  He did not see much upside to this stock.

He said it on BNN.  With drilling activity getting stronger one would think there would be more upside to TID?
I am puzzled by his comments.

What is he missing is Walter Dawson's past track record, the fact that everything they own is new, more equipment will be built & deployed & at least equally important is the run up when this thing hits the Colombian stock exchange very soon.Min $2.50 in the next 2mths. I'm betting closer to $3.
