Got mine in the mail today.Looks confusing, but I believe it is $1.53 (same as share price for purchase). It all hinges on M&P's Estmated Working Capital Statement; if the amount is less than U.S. 37 million (what was indicated), the amount of warrants issued will be reduced on a dollar for dollar basis (by reference to CAD 1.53 per warrant) by the amount of such shortfall, and
