the company will provide us an update to everyones discussion....if you look at the charts  this is the time that TID goes up in share value....November to February.....when all  the rig companies are shut down due to the winter these guys are still working ...

i think what he is saying that drill rigs are not allowed to be moved during road bans during frost period or spring break up....there are no bans in south america and africa.....   they keep on moving and drilling...
