Not as easy as that Khaledb Are the assets valued appropriately ? What would they be worth on the free market?  When will the company start making money and paying off it's debts?  How is the debt structured...etc etc ....\   Anyways probably good value here...just sayin...

Until they make money and run this well.... You have to value thru the balance sheet.  Many shippers had the ships listed at 2x what there true value was and had to take huge writedowns... You gotta dissect the assets , but I know one thing the debts listed are 100% accurate lol.....  If the assets are close to what they value them for and they start to make some money , then yes big ...more

Big, majority of their rigs are under 5 years old so they would command a decent price in liquidation and its currently priced like it was being going to liquidate.

encouraging....when I get some free time I will have to look into it ....   plus the quality of mgmt etc .... I just wish the S&P  was not so high .....feel like I'm playing a game of jenga with my portfolio Canadian market a laggard and most expect a correction , but many are valued very cheaply (like TID)    This is all about debt servicing and mgmt executing ...more

I am not on much because most all folks pump TID to the moon. I know all about Walter and his past sucess and folks continue to post and praise him. Know hes smart. Ther are some very big issues with the debt. I do hope they will get something resolved in a bond deal or re-structure. As i mentioned few weeks a go and got pounded. Im not sure even at 90% Utlization then can support the debt and ...more
