This post is ONLY for those retail investors who can not see further their nose.
This post is for serious investors, not for clueless ones or momentum traders.
According to the CC:
- Colombia is 100% UT currently.....and more and more companies increase their drilling programs there (COP and XOM and SHELL have made JV with CNE.TO recently to drill in MAGDALENA, PRE, GTE, OCCIDENTAL , TALISMAN, PXT, PTA, CNE and of course the Colombian giant ECOPETROL).
So TID can transport there its idle Brazilian rigs, if it can not find customers in Brazil.
- Ecuador ....TID has 3 working and 2 non-working rigs there BUT
Some big work coming in Ecuador....40 rigs will be required almost right away. Contact TID to confirm it. We talk for 40 RIGS !
This is why, TID will have UT 100% in Ecuador too by early 2014.
and TID will transport its idle Brazilian rigs to Ecuador to cover this big demand (if it can not find customers in Brazil).
- In Argentina, CHEVRON starts a big drilling program there very soon that will require more than 15 rigs. CHEVRON is also a very reliable customer, no question about this. This is from Bloomberg:
I quote:
Yesterday, the Chevron-YPF venture received final approval from Argentina’s southwestern province of Neuquen to develop the Vaca Muerta formation, which holds the world’s second-largest deposit of recoverable shale gas.
YPF’s plan submitted to Neuquen’s legislature, to which Bloomberg had direct access, specifies the venture will drill 115 wells expecting output of 11 million barrels of oil in the first year. After the first stage ends, Chevron will have an option to continue the accord, which encompasses as much as $16 billion in spending, until 2048.
From the second to 35th year, the venture would drill 1,562 wells to produce 782 million barrels at a rate of 23.7 million of barrels a year on an investment of $15.4 billion, according to YPF’s plan.
There is a big RIGS SHORTAGE in ARGENTINA currently.
So TID can transport its idle Brazilian rigs (5 rigs) to neighboring ARGENTINA for CHEVRON's operations if it can not find customers in Brazil.
So TID has Colombia, Ecuador and Argentina to transport its 5 Brazilian idle rigs by early 2014 if it can not find customers in Brazil.
