in the CC Walter said they will not stay in this situation for long time (low market capital) ... any ideas what it does mean ?

I agree with Dawson, this situation can not last for long time. One of the last pieces of the puzzle is to know the exact terms of the refinancing. Also, Dawson has to do a better job explaining how the company is going to rebuild its Ebitda. As you may know, drilling companies main value metric is EV/Ebitda. There are only two active analysts following Tuscany right now (NBF and Alta Capital

It is Stanard Procedure for the TSX to put out their NR as they did due to the transaction between TID & M&P and the transfer of shares back to TID, as this is Only a Formality but still needed to be done. Everything will be finalized sooner than later for the good of TID and remain a listed company on the TSX.
