NR coming out soon??

Very quit trading the last 2days, lots of buyers lined up but not many sellers!
Something's brewing towards a NR soon on Update and Progress I think.

According to Walter, the first part of the transaction, Rig Purchase Agreement, should be finalized soon.  As of yesterday it had received all its regulatory approvals.  On his reply, I emailed back asking him if there would be a NR.  He has not responded.
