Speculations are alive and well
Another real possibility is some kind of interplanetary transaction. TID could merge with another corporate entity from another world, therefore this transaction would be invisible to our radar. Long distance space communications between planetary regulating bodies may very well explain the ongoing delay.
We'll see if I'm right.

No Khaledb. There's a trading halt, obviously a major PR on the way. They won't even pick up the phone.

do they have to do the PR before market closes or can it continue until after market closes.

I think they can release after close, I've never seen one released on a weekend.

Its rare, but yes it happens. I had shares in Petrominerales, and they halted the stock on a friday, and didn't issue a press release till 8pm Sunday. Mind you it was to announce a buyout by Pacific Rubiales, and somehow info was leaked by someone Friday on the Columbian exchange as the price shot up like crazy out of the blue. I wish I had bought more shares before it happened..

Thanks. I hope the results are like PMG because that stock was trading at around $6 and then went to $12 on announcement of the buy out. Hope TID ends like this.
