I don't understand why you keep going back to a forum on a stock which you think is not a good investment. What's the point? Why would someone do that? I wonder if you are trolling, trying to get actual investors angry with your constant bashing, or if you're trying to get people to sell so you can buy more.

Because he is probably the most realistic here. The only possible hope is somehow there is some book value to this better then what we have now. I've been in this since it was a private. Bought & sold, made lots & have now lost lots more. Walter & staff royally screwed this up. That is who we were betting on. Reading these post is like watching a pharma bullboard with a bunch of ...more

So you think that CS has a better chance of selling the company then Walter Dawson or Don Wright.  Hmmm.  Interesting.  CS is not a big player in the Natural Resource space, as most Canadian, Aussie, South African or British banks are. If I were CS I would be interested in selling it yes (more value for my buck, because the actual value of the company is more than the debt), but I ...more

doggonemad, if they actually "know the business" (as you put it). why is TID in such deep sh-t??? I think, the time to let this pathetic duo run this compay is over. As a shareholder, I  no longer have any faith in their abilities to manage any aspect of this faltering company. Mr. Dawson, who had the reputation of taking small companies and turning them around ...more

I don't get your point.  Do a little research.  Saxon Energy Services, had operations in Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela.  Computalog Gearhart his previous company was active in this market as well an that goes back a long way.  So for you to say that he doesn't know this market....hmmm...not to smart.

All the research you recommend I do, won't set things right. Fact is TID is a failure. It's your money and mine down the old tubes. If you can't accept this then you must be smoking some funny weed. You need to stop supporting people who did you wrong. That for sure ain't smart.

GerryKay has many good points. Mr. Dawson is screwed by M&P, and the managers ran the previous successful companies were not with him. May be arrogant, carelessness or lack of focus have something to do with the screw up also.

Like many companies, over-levering in the good times is what has caused this situation.  The rigs that are operating, are making money but expanding in to Africa was a major over-reach.  I can only imagine the culture issues, timezone difficulties etc, combined with integration problems.  Softer commodity prices likely didn't help either.  That said, they have made a lot of ...more
