Thanks Pennywise. Yes im thinking they will sell privatly

Cant say for sure. I have preached for 9 months a Bank R on this company.  The ship sailed when they could not sell their debt and raise bond money. You have the Rapids, the VGs, the other pumpers that are some what connected inside, I guess, or they are just stupid.  Me too.I was In at a buck, out last year and back in at ..12.  Oh well.  Im thinking they will take all assets for forgiveness of all debt. Then sell the newly formed company.  WHY DO THEY OWE THE SHARE GOLDERS.  ?  Too bad Walter did not have to sign personally..  If he had, his drunk ass be on the line for all the debt. Hes old and washed out.  I still believe Brucy Boy Moyers sold knowing inside info..  Ok guys, this turd ship has sailed. Good luck on the next one if you still have some play dough.. Take care

I don't think the Bankruptcy judge has to take any account of the interests of the shareholders. The debtor is Bankrupt, it has failed to meet its obligations and thus the creditors have the right to foreclose on their security. The judge is there to see that process carried out in an orderly fashion with the rights of the various classes of creditors protected vis a vis one another. The only ...more
