Hope the CS lives every day knowing he snaked the shareholders. Pitchin heat the whole time, never telling the truth on how F.ed Up this turd was. Bruce should be locked uo for selling 1 million shares last December.. He better not get relief or any payments from this abortion, nor his wife. The a--H, should of had to sign personally.. I knew it was a scam and still went down. Oh well. Good luck on your class action. I will keep looking for results. Not counting on a thing, beig unsecured invester. GLTA I will be wall papering my 1/2 bath with TID toliet papper.

RiskyBiz39 .do you have an insider contact ? You had all the information about what is going on with TID FTI the restructuring office Walter is in Phenix About CS plan etc..... I confirm that Walter is out of the country on business.

30 millions is it a big amount for Credit Suisse to buy all shares (0.13 cents/share) Is it possible that the judge will force CS to pay something to shareholders ? any ideas?
