Walter's motivation

I am definitely supportive of action going forward.

I do have a question though : Given Watler's and other insider massive shareholding, what could be the motivation for selling off assets at rock bottom prices to lenders?  Even if Walter could obtain only 0.10 per share this would still give him 5M, so if he was paid off it would have to be substantial or am Imissing something?

Maybe there is a possible deal between Walter + insiders  and CS

Yes. The deal is to pay back Walter, his wife, insiders, creditors and screw commonshare holders. Then play golf at the end of Q2 2014.

for me, I am more curious on how Mr. Dawson made his decision to let M&P off the hook on their 29% share holdings as payment for the buyback. M&P looks like genius to use worthless shares as payment. Wow, good for them back for us.
