Maybe we sould put some financial journalist in the loop... this way we can publicized the case. I'll try the french canadian ones.

Lets wait until we get guidance from the Lawyer, since the press may not help us. Attacking Walter's reputation probably wont move the needle, and Credit Suisse probably wont care or will shrug it off as management failing, and they are protecting their investment. Best way to communicate with TID, Walter, and CS is by using the attorney to apply pressure.
