If that is what he is doing-then yes. my point is none of us know what he is doing or what is happening. We are all in the dark. Some chapter 11 companies come out and are still in operation after restructuring or reorganizing. We simply do not know. The general consensus is that Walter
is out to screw us and that may be true,however if we come out of chapter 11 and are still a viable
company i dont want lawyers impeding forward progress.

I don't have skin in the game - only know of the company because they filed bk, which outside of the commodity space is the only other area of the market I follow in earnest.  Over the last 10 years I've followed probably 100 cases, probably more.  Equity needs representation at the table, especially if Credit Suisse is in there as a creditor.  The big creditors are in there ...more

Terkeats, you need to read chapter 11documents already filed. Common shareholders (except Walter) will be obliterated. It is absolutely impossible for our lawyers to impede progress. We cannot be lower than we are now.
