OFT,  so many reasonable questions that the "odd" bankruptcy seems to have had a purpose to circumvent... IMO the most positive thing for us screwed over shareholders was gaining status in the bankruptcy proceedings, where they can no longer run and no longer hide...who knows maybe CS ain't the bad guy.. my read of some court documents paint a very interesting and troubling
